Shipping policy

Where we ship to: We ship to the UK, Ireland & Australia only. If you do not live in one of these countries, please order from your local Amazon store or bookshop instead. 

Can I change my order? No changes can be made to orders after an order is complete, as by the time I see an email request, the order often has already been posted and is on its way. Please check our refund policy. 

Last 2026 Christmas shipping dates: Australia Nov 20, UK Dec 3, Ireland Dec 21. These dates are recommended dates only and not guarantees. 

Book printing & shipping times - Ireland:  Please allow shipping times of Ireland 1-5 working days (with AnPost). Most orders before noon are posted out the same day. There may be some small delays with AnPost during the Christmas period.

Book printing & shipping times - UK & Australia:  All UK & Australia orders are printed in the UK & take 3-5 working days to be posted out. Please allow shipping times of UK 8 working days & Australia up to 28 working days.  

Delivery details: You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. If you send your books to a wrong or incomplete address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information, we are not liable for the delivery of your book(s) to the wrong address or wrong person. In this case we cannot offer a replacement or refund for your order. Please enter in the correct adddress when you order to allow the smooth delivery of your books.

We cannot update addresses or order info after your purchase as our orders are processed qiuckly and there is not enough time to do this. Please enter in the correct adddress when you order.
