Refund policy

Can I update my order after it's complete? Changes can not be made to any order after it is completed. Please check our refund policy below if you need to return a book. 

14 day refund period (from date of arrival to your address): In the case of a return for any reason, all books must be unopened, unread, and undamaged, and include proof of purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

How to return your books: To initiate a return email greyponyfilms@gmail.com with the subject line of "Returns" and provide your order number, name, and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned books. It is advisable to get proof of postage in case the package gets lost.

Are returns free? No. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund. A refund will cover the cost of the books, it will not cover the cost of the original postage. If it is approved, a credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after. You can always contact us for any returns question at greyponyfilms@gmail.com.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at greyponyfilms@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Please email us below with your details & photos. greyponyfilms@gmail.com

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the book(s) is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unread or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
